• What level should I be to start?

    Don't worry! No matter your level there is a course for you, from beginner to advanced. There is even a social media course for teachers who wish to level up their social media presence and teach more internationally. So, you pick the level you are currently on. If for some reason it wouldn't be the right level for you, we fix it and place you on the level that is right for you!

  • Do I get instant access to all classes?

    No worries about the pace being too slow or not right for you. Once you have signed up, you get instant access to all the classes at once, so you can choose your own learning speed. Whenever you need them, the classes are there for you. In the social media course there are weekly lessons and tasks so there is a drip schedule on that one.

  • Do I get a certificate?

    At the moment no. But maybe in the future. That would require a more formal test of your skills. If you are interested in this, please contact me.

  • Can I ask questions?

    Yes, definitely! Most classes have a discussion section where you can ask questions if there is something that is unclear or if you need more info. Feel free!

  • Is there a long term commitment to sign up?

    No, when you subscribe there is no long term commitment. If you have a subscription, then it can be canceled at any time from "My Account". If you make a one-time payment for the whole course, then that's it. No more payments.

  • What happens if I decide to cancel my subscription?

    Obviously we’d love it if you wanted to stay – but if you feel you have learnt what you came for, we are happy that you got what you wanted! So, you just cancel the subscription from "My Account" and there will be no more charges. If you cancel the subscription you can still access your learning material for one month after your last payment. Once that month expires you will not have access anymore.

  • What happens if I am not satisfied?

    100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED We are very confident that you will enjoy and learn from the classes, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied you get your money back, no questions asked (but feel free to give feedback - we want to get as good as we possibly can!). Having happy students who learn and develop has always been my goal. And personally, I have always tried to constantly improve my teaching. If you for any reason don’t feel satisfied with the course, you get your money back within 100 days.   • How do the divided payments work?

    Divided payments are available to spread out your payment in case you don't want to take pay the full price at once. They are charged to your Credit/Debit card automatically, so you don't need to worry about payments once you have signed up. Your card will be charged every month, on the same day, as you originally purchased the plan. But you get access to all material immediately.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit and debit cards, and we also accept Paypal so your payments can come directly from your PayPal account. All technology around payments is of the highest security, from some of the world's most trusted payment technologies.
